Pastor Mildred Isioma Kingsley-Okonkwo (née Chijide) is a respected Nigerian pastor, speaker, mentor, and advocate for women, marriage, and family life. She serves as the Co-Pastor of David Christian Centre (DCC) alongside her husband, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo. Over the years, she has earned the admiration of many through her compassionate leadership, practical teachings, and unwavering commitment to helping people grow spiritually and emotionally.
She was born on 26 September to the family of Mr. Michael and Mrs. Patricia Chijide as the fifth of six children. Her early years helped shape the values of faith, discipline, and service that continue to define her life and ministry today. From a young age, she developed a heart for people and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
At David Christian Centre, Pastor Mildred plays an active role in teaching, mentoring, and providing pastoral care. Members of the church affectionately call her “Mama” because of her warm personality, approachable nature, and genuine concern for people. She has a special passion for empowering young women and helping them discover their identity, purpose, and value in Christ.
